The hotel's location is a plus, very convenient if you plan to travel around for sightseeing and exploring the region. the room was tidy and comfortable and the air conditioning was working great, which provided a comfortable sleep. the staff was friendly.

There were a few negatives as well. the noise from the kitchen/work area next to the room was very disturbing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to get to Munnar. the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. the AC in the room provides a comfortable temperature during the stay.

No toilet paper was provided in the room.

The room was clean and well-kept, and the air conditioning worked well to keep us cool during the hot Indian summer. The location was perfect for our needs, located near important bus stations and shops. We also appreciated the affordable price of the room, which allowed us to stay within our budget.

One major drawback of the hotel was the lack of restaurant facilities on-site. This meant that we had to wait until 7 am to get any kind of coffee or tea, which was a bit frustrating.
